Holiday Shores Resort is located in Durand, MI, a suburb of Lansing, the state capitol.  Holiday Shores is planned on almost 250 acres of property, allowing plenty of room.  We offer a public 9 hole complete golf course with a meticulous design of water, sand traps, beautiful greens and is a challenge for all types of golfers.  Our clubhouse meets a lot of needs from golf cart and club rental, balls and tees, snack and drinks and a lounge to relax in and watch television on our flat screen TV media area.  We have over 600 total sites and with a waiting list to get in, we have started a new phase to accommodate future residents.  Holiday Shores Resort offers several lakes used for fishing, boating and water activities.  Our beach makes water fun for everyone.  With our nature walk trail throughout the community, bike rides, tennis and pickle ball courts, our residents can always stay busy.  A large playground, basketball court and common area allows people to come together.  Our new Holiday House with a water backside view is perfect for Church, weddings, movie night and all types of functions.  As most homes are placed around our many lakes, they are set to enjoy beautiful settings in the morning and gorgeous sunsets in the evening.  With being so close to our state capital, we have access to all major roadways and travel commute.  There is no end to all of the shopping, dining and entertainment nearby.  Our onsite indoor and outdoor storage areas allows our residents extra room for their personal storage needs.  Security and safety is our main goal.  Both fire and police departments are nearby and local hospitals and doctors are just a moment away.  With our paved roads, off-steet parking, clean curb appeal and beautiful golf course, Holiday Shores Resort is a front leader as the nicest property in Michigan!
